Bridge closed to boaties tonight (9 Dec)
Te Matau a Pohe bridge will be closed tonight (9 December) from 7pm to 6am Saturday morning to all boats over 6.5m height during these times. This is for routine internal inspection of the lifting bridge beams.
We recommend that skippers intending on using their boats tonight, plan to leave before or after these times and book an opening time with Bridge Control.
