Fortunately, there are effective techniques to help us unwind and promote relaxation, paving the way for a restful slumber. Here are a few tips to consider:
1️⃣ Bedtime routine: Create a consistent routine with calming activities like reading, bathing, or gentle stretches. Avoid electronic devices due to their interference with sleep hormones.
2️⃣ Deep breathing & meditation: Practice slow, deep breaths in a quiet space with closed eyes. Start with a few minutes of meditation daily and increase gradually.
3️⃣ Physical activity: Engage in enjoyable exercise like walking, yoga, or sports. Aim for 30 minutes of moderate-intensity activity most days.
4️⃣ Sleep-friendly environment: Keep your bedroom cool, dark, and quiet. Use comfortable bedding, a supportive mattress, and remove stressors like work-related items or electronics.
5️⃣ Relaxation techniques: Try progressive muscle relaxation, aromatherapy, soothing music, or gentle yoga poses. Release tension and prepare for a peaceful sleep.
Remember, it takes time to find what works best for you. Be patient and kind to yourself. By prioritizing relaxation and incorporating these techniques, you can reduce stress, unwind, and wake up refreshed.
Sweet dreams!✨

I installed this one (LL 259) outside our office in Kensington about two years ago. Each library has a guardian and since we moved I have continued to check in but am now looking to see if there is someone local who would like to keep an eye on it.
It's an easy care task, and with the library constantly changing as people take and leave books, it is also a great community asset.
The role involves calling past from time to time to check that the books are in good order and suitable to share. There might be the odd non book item left that can be removed...otherwise, it's all pretty easy!
If you can help please let me know.

We asked, listened, and collaborated directly with farmers in the making of this gear. We tested and re-tested in on-farm environments. We re-engineered what farming workwear can be with your needs front of mind. We brought our decades of experience creating world-class performance gear. Add to that a legacy of Kiwi innovation, a challenger spirit and a practical attitude that’s been part of Line 7 since we started back in 1963.
Every detail has been reviewed and refined – without overlooking the obvious. Breathable, flexible, functional and comfortable, while still being supremely durable and waterproof. Made to fit farmers of all shapes and sizes, with a dedicated range for women. Built to last, and last a bit longer still, with an included repair kit that means you can fix it up quickly yourself.
Now take it out there, try it on and put it to the test. Wear it out and wear it again. We’re pretty damn confident you won’t be disappointed.

Based on a true story, Philippa Langley is an amateur historian who's fascinated by the life of King Richard III. Philippa spends so much of her time researching Richard's life that she begins to see his ghost. Things get even stranger when Philippa realises that she can talk to the 500 year-old former monarch.
As such, Philippa decides to pinpoint Richard's final resting place, which had not been found, even after hundreds of years of searching. In compiling her research, though, Phillipa's controversial theories spark outrage amongst the top UK historians.
