Speed limit review for Whangārei Heads area
We're reviewing speed limits in the Whangārei Heads area, and we'd like to hear from people who know the area well.
The review includes Whangārei Heads Road, Parua Bay and all settlements along the northern edge of the Whangārei Harbour. Our Statement of Proposal explains why the review is taking place, the advantages and disadvantages of lower speed limits, and a list of proposed changes.
Consultation is open until 5 December 2022, and includes three "drop in" information sessions and an online form.
