The show grounds have been thoroughly saturated by the heavy rain and there is more forecast to come. We cannot in good conscience ask our sponsors, competitors, tradespeople, food vendors and the public to deal with the extreme deterioration of the grounds if the show went ahead. We're heartbroken.
We understand the disappointment that this will cause in our community.
For those that have entered the show - please visit our website for information about refunds. We thank you for your patience and understanding as we put this process in place.
Thank you for your support through this difficult time. We look forward to putting on a sunny, spectacular show next year.

The guy was speeding even over the speed bumps and killed their dog, their dog was in pieces all over the road. My uncle was screaming and the guy stopped and then gave my uncle the finger. How disgusting is this person. We want to thank all the neighbours that came out to assist picking up all of the scattered dogs remains. Did anyone manage to get a description of the car. I don't know if my uncle and auntie are ever going to get over this as you can imagine the image that keeps going around and around in their heads. They are elderly and this has physically taken a toll on them also. Thank you again to all those kind people. The grief is unbearable
