Warning! New scam around

Linda Neighbourly Lead from Army Bay

Be very careful. If you received a text similar to the following:

“We have attempted to deliver your package UPS016448296GB, but there is an unpaid customs charge. Follow the instructions here: bit.do...

We have just been made aware of a scam where these people want $3 from you but not only that, if you follow the links they provide, they will ask you to give all your personal plus credit card details!

With so many people buying online and with Christmas around the corner too, you might easily believe there is a package for you.

We called UPS and they confirmed that if the tracking number starts with UPS and ends with GB it is a scam.

Actual UPS package tracing with take you to the official UPS website.
