Furnishings: 27" Full Multimedia Computer just for you upon request, so you can stream YouTube, browse the Internet, watch movie online, etc! The listed price is unfurnished, and it can be fully furnished if needed.
Additional costs: $25 per week for water, power & internet.
Current flatmates: 2 existing flatmates. A young married couple with one kid.
