Summer’s just around the corner – have you got plans to enjoy the sunshine?

Fairview Lifestyle Village is just the place. During summer, our residents relax in their beautifully refurbished homes, stroll in our manicured grounds or splash around in the pool with their grandkids. There’s also lots of fun to be had with our wonderfully warm community – join one of our clubs, share happy hour or sip coffee with a friend.

Come to our open day and enjoy a free summer-bloom cupcake and a personal tour. Wednesday 7 November, 10am – 3pm. See you there!

Poll: Are you still heading to your local for your caffeine fix, or has the $$ changed your habits? ☕

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

We all want our favourite spots to stay open, but we also have to balance our own budgets ⚖️

We want to know: How are you handling the "coffee math" in 2026? Are you still heading to your local for a chat and a caffeine fix, or has the cost of living changed your habits?

Keen to read more about "coffee math"? The Post has you covered.
