Problems with Amarex
Has anyone else tried to talk to someone in Amarex (a courier company) about a problem and hit a brick wall? Seems like they are so automated that they think they can't make a mistake (in fact one of the people in their call centre claimed this!) so if there is problem it must be the customer that is at fault. It was impossible to talk to anyone that might be able to help me - and I did ask. I certainly can't recommend this company.
