Waimakariri MP Matt Doocey says he is “devastated” residents’ safety continues to be ignored as plans for a Woodend bypass continue to stagnate.
Doocey has questioned the process behind Canterbury’s draft Regional Land Transport Plan, which listed the bypass as an ‘on the horizon’ project only.
