We have a lot of visitors to our market from out side the Waimakariri district and other parts of N.Z. Also a number of stall holders are senior citizens and we do not want them getting infected with the virus and the same applies to all visitors to our market.
We will be in touch with all stall holders to advise when the market will be open again for business.
We look forward to seeing you all in the not too distant future with happy smiley faces.
Take good care out there and look after each other.
Arthur Linnell.

Hanmer Springs Thermal Pools and Spa is the latest facility to close to help limit the spread of coronavirus.
The complex's spas, The Spa and Artisan Spa, will also close for the foreseeable future.
The move comes after councils across the country closed their facilities on Saturday.

If anyone needs help during this trying time, with anything from groceries to a bit of support I would like to think that they would be able to call on anyone of us on this group for this help. I know that it is not easy for any of us to admit that we need help, but during this time I think we need to make acceptions to our normal way of thinking. I will be the first to be available to help, if I can to anyone in the area that needs a hand. Hopefully others will follow. Everyone loves a happy home-coming and when Andrew Dalzell bought the farm his grandfather had developed at the turn of last century, it had an added attraction. The interim owners of the North Canterbury farm had transformed a once-bare paddock into a beautiful garden.
