I was actively using my neighbourly account, suddenly Something went wrong, my account was gone, and I also received letters twice within 2 week, from Neighborly, both are for to verify my account.
After My previous account has disappeared, I had email back and forth with neighborly team leaders, but they don't know where is my old account gone.
I really have no idea what I have to do with these 2 letters.
When I create this account, it's asked me my driver license to verify myself not the code.
At frist I put the code from the neighborly letter but it's doesn't accept it.
I sent an email, I said i need to talk to neighborly team leader but still waiting for their reply.
If anyone know a phone number to contact them please feel free to comment to this post.
Best regards
