Your Advice on Wellington Council Tree Removal please
Dear neighbors, we are seeking advice from anyone who has dealt with the Wellington City Council concerning tree roots blocking your sewer line. The tree (a pohutakawa) is situated on council land where the sewer line runs underneath to meet the road. I believe that the sewer line belongs to the homeowner until it meets the road; however, we would like to know if anyone has dealt with the WCC to remove the roots. Your advice in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks
