I'd really love to take it off your hands! Can pick up.

I've recently embarked on a healthier lifestyle after being quite sick last year. Varying factors including medication, made me turn into a bit of a blimp, and I decided to change that.

A friend recently lent me a cross-trainer, and I'm making great headway into my fitness and the turning into a smaller blimp thing, which is great, my fitness is improving daily too.

BUT, I have to give that trainer back (cries tears and applies padlocked steel chains), and I'm wondering if anybody (who isn't now motivated by this kick I'm on, and decides to dust off your crosstrainer), then I'm wondering if anybody would like to swap for me getting rid of that cumbersome bit of exercise equipment.

I'm a great gardener with 25 years experience. Or I've got a couple of Aloe Plictalis, and various other succulents I could swap?

If you're wanting that extraneous bit of exercise equipment - now draped with tomorrows ironing - removed from the spare room, I'm the person to help you out!

Cheers Neighbours and have a great day in the sun!

Thank you so much Emma and Jonny who came to my elliptical rescue! Another amazing Neighbourly deed by amazing Neighbourly people

Summer is a great time to enjoy our coast and waterways, but there are some times and places where caution is needed. The best thing you can do to keep yourself, your family and pets safe is know what toxic algae looks like and avoid it.

The algae grows on submerged riverstones in a shiny brown/dark green coating, or as dark brown strands. When it dies it floats to the surface and forms small brown or white mats at the water’s edge

If a person in your group swallows even a small amount of toxic algae (coin sized or less) seek IMMEDIATE medical attention.

DOGS
Toxic algae is deadly to dogs, who love the taste of the mats which float at the river’s edge. Keep your dog on a leash and away from the water. If your dog swallows toxic algae seek immediate veterinary attention.
