When I try to list an item on the the neighbourly app on my iphone I get the covid 19 message level 4 lockdown unable to list item due to level 4 restrictions. Is this just a problem with my iphone or do the techs at neighbourly headquartres need to sort this ?

Approx dimensions are 7 m x 3.5 m (note the room is huge and does not fit the picture frame - it is much bigger!). It is in overall good condition but there is a couple of areas where it has been accidentally cut by a craft knife - however it is such a big room that there is still plenty in good condition to fit a smaller room or make a selection of rugs from.
