Good afternoon everyone! I hope you are all well in these difficult times. I wanted to introduce myself to those of you who don't know me yet, my name is Duncan Traill & I am a licensed real estate agent with Harcourts Khandallah.
March is looking like a great month to start preparing to either sell or buy property ready for the April/May rush however Real Estate can be stressful and confusing.

WCC consultation on Civic Square plans ends this Wed (13 Nov) at 5pm
Encouraging everyone to provide feedback to the Wellington City Council on its development plan for Civic Square . You can see the plan options at the website www.letstalk.wellington.govt.nz.... You can fill out the survey or just send an email with your key points to tenagakau@wcc.govt.nz This is our chance as citizens to let the Council know what we value.
