Bell's Track update
We are conservation group reforesting the Awarua street area with working bees The 1st Sunday on the month meeting at 10 .30 am end of Awarua Street . This weekend the 7th of October we will be bagging up mulch to carry up the hill so even if you only have half an hour to spare all will be appreciated. A good way to keep fit and help restore our wonderful forests also a chance to learn more about reforestation.

Our suggestion to you: Did you know you can grate and freeze excess courgettes to use in chocolate cake later? It sounds a bit dodgy, but it makes the cake incredibly moist ... and hey, it counts as a serving of veg, right? 🍫
