Covid is a reminder of just how much we rely on health professionals. One of those health professionals is Wellington Free Ambulance. We are lucky to have a free ambulance service and over the next few weeks it is likely to be under more pressure than normal. By now, you must have received notice of Rates Valuation from the City Council.
Any real estate agent will tell you that at the moment, most properties in Wellington are selling 25-30% below
council valuation.
Though the letter says, rating valuation is NOT for the purpose of Rates adjustment, we know well that it will follow.
Is it fair to assume that QV which stands to gain a good income from the desk-top valuation, will not disappoint their patron?
