Thought about putting your house on the market, or just want to get an idea of the current market value?

We use licensed real estate professionals with knowledge in your area to help you obtain what your property is really worth.

Whatsmyhousevalue.co.nz is a free website providing estimates through real estate agents. Algorithms don’t see value in important things such as views, parking, extra garaging, gardens, etc. Emotional buyers will bring you more money. An experienced agent can help identify these and provide you with a written current market appraisal (CMA) based on your individual property.

Our whànau at Greta Point Active Explorers are always greeted with the smell of amazing cooking each morning.

Yesterday, our tamariki had homemade wholemeal matariki bread with cheesy homemade baked beans.

It smelt and tasted good!

All Jo's cooking meets the guidelines for GOLD healthy heart and her food is a big hit with our whànau, tamariki and staff.

Having a center that provides a full menu service, means less stress for whànau in the mornings (no lunch boxes!) it also means they are confident their tamariki are eating a diet that meets healthy heart guidelines.

It's is something we are very proud of here at Greta point.

Have we all enjoyed this short week??

It feels like the couriers are catching up too!

so while we have had many essential items (cleaning products, food and stationary) it's always a little exciting when new resources turn up too.

Thank you CM Greta!
