Spooky calls
Can someone tell me - if the landline phone rings, I pick it it up but the line is open but silent until a woman's sugary voice says "Gooood byyyye" and the call cuts out - are they recording something, what's happening? We are getting intermittent calls from the Spark Technical Department which I just let them waste their money on, but is something happening when the call is outlined as above?
