Any pool, fixed or portable, deeper than 400mm is now subject to safety provisions under the Building Act, meaning there a quite a few rules you probably aren't even aware of.
For example, do you have a 1.2-metre fixed childproof fence with a self-closing gate opening outwards?
What are your thoughts on paddling pool safety? If faced with an inspection, would your pool set-up pass? Do you think all these rules are essential? What are your tips for setting up a paddling pool safely?

If you’re travelling between Johnsonville, Newlands, Paparangi, Woodridge and Wellington, things are looking up. From 27 January new double decker buses will be on some trips on routes 56, 57 and 58 doing the work of two singles.

She says a similar scam happened in the 1990s, and legitimate groups almost ended up having to pay for the crime. Read more

Kia Ora friends,
Please come and take this firewood off my hands! It’s mixed variety but includes
some dense hardwood that I think is Manuka.
It’s up some steps so suggest bringing a helper or two and some old sheets to cart it down.
Cheers,
Mark

900 W x 2000 L - fully contained wire net, fairly light-weight so can be moved around easily, has a corflute/plastic sheet for cover or you can remove it for light. Whole lid lifts up for access to food bowls and water. Included is a large plastic container we used as the hutch, which is warm, cozy & totally dry. It's also really easily cleaned out - take the top off & empty into the bin!!
Could be broken down / unscrewed but probably easily taken away just as is.
Send me a message if interested!
