Water outage - 35 Cuba Street, Te Aro
Wellington Water are working on a water leak outside 35 Cuba Street, Wellington.
Services will be shut off at 5pm to approximately 20 commercial properties along Cuba Street (from Manners Street) and the south side of Wakefield Street (to Taranaki Street).
Bottled water will be provided onsite at 35 Cuba Street. A further update will follow once we have evaluated the work.

By now, you must have received notice of Rates Valuation from the City Council.
Any real estate agent will tell you that at the moment, most properties in Wellington are selling 25-30% below
council valuation.
Though the letter says, rating valuation is NOT for the purpose of Rates adjustment, we know well that it will follow.
Is it fair to assume that QV which stands to gain a good income from the desk-top valuation, will not disappoint their patron?
