Recently developed by Age Concern Otago in collaboration with the University of Otago, Aligned To Go is our newest falls prevention exercise class.
Aligned To Go is quite different from the original Steady As You Go as it is designed by a contemporary dancer in association with the University of Otago. It’s much faster than Steady As You Go, and a little longer. It requires participants to do some barefoot walking and parts of it are dance moves.
This class is suitable for seniors who would like something a little faster than Steady As You Go. $3 donation.
Ann looks forward to welcoming you all back to this fun class.

Our farmer’s market will primarily be focusing on offering locally grown and produced items including fruits, vegetables, herbs, dairy products, meat, coffee, honey, fresh flowers, plants, relishes, jams, bakery items, cheeses, oils and much much more.
This is a space where friends can come together to shop, socialize, and enjoy a sense of community. There will also be entertainment and live music to help make your shopping experience more enjoyable.
The market will be held each Saturday, from 8am – 1pm (rain or shine) on the corner of Karori Road and Campbell Street, next to the new community garden. It will start smaller and grow over time, so please be patient as we bring it to life.
If you are interested in having a stall, please contact hello@foxtailevents.co.nz.
