Updated: Beginners Yoga Programme (Five weeks - starting Saturday 6 July 2019) Blue Ocean Yoga
Hello
I am a certified yoga instructor and will be leading a five week beginner’s yoga programme at the Brooklyn Community Center. This would be a good programme for those that are new/trying yoga for the first time or would like to return and refresh their practice.
The programme will focus on the foundations and the basics of yoga postures, your breathing, tools to relax and reconnect with your inner self and will help to increase flexibility and fitness.
While keeping you safe and setting you up for success, the programme will prepare you to establish a routine for a regular, refreshing and healthy practice.
This will be a gentle, fun yoga programme and guaranteed to get you moving.
Dates: Saturday 6, 13, 20, 27 July, 3 August 2019
Time: 12.15 pm – 1.30 pm (75 mins)

Loki: lost 3 leg cat from Te Wharepōuri Street
Loki is up to his old tricks and has gone awol again. The last time was around 2.5 years ago when he was found inside a wall cavity in the Satan Slaves compound. He is an 8 year old lilac Burmese. This means he’s a kind of beige colour. With amber eyes. He’s missing his right front leg.
He’s likely to be shut in a shed or under a house in either Te Wharepouri street, Luxford or until between Luxford and te Whareouri St.
If you can take a look in any shut sheds, outside laundries or under houses cavities. Any 3 leg cat who can make his way into a roof cavity and then down into a wall can get stuck anywhere.
