Meeting for owners of residential units in earthquake prone buildings, 6 June

Geraldine from Te Aro

Inner City Wellington, as part of a collaborative lobby group for owners of residential units in earthquake prone buildings (EQPBs) - Body Corporate Chairs’ Group, and individual owners - invites owners to this important and urgent meeting. Please pass this information onto people you who own an apartment in an earthquake prone building.

When: Thurs 6 June, 6 - 8pm
Where: At Faculty of Architecture and Design, Victoria University Campus on Vivian St

Agenda
• Update on our lobbying of the Government and Wellington City Council to address the unfair treatment of residential owners - including the recent announcement of some funding support in Budget 2019
• Release of ICW's recent survey of affected owners and other research. The results are shocking.
• Free tool to help you calculate the FULL costs of strengthening.
• Update on buildings with pre-cast floors and insurance.
