Adult Pilates

Sue from Karori

Ready to start Pilates?
What would it feel like to wake up without a sore back?
How would it feel to be out in the garden all day and not feel all those creaky muscles?

I can teach you how to unwind that crankiness .

Maybe you don't breathe as well as you used to or connect. to your diaphragm and pelvic floor ?

Or maybe you just want to be able to get up and down off the floor effortlessly Maybe you just want better balance?

Pilates can help!!

I have 17 years of teaching experience in this area and I would love to share with you.

I have a few spaces in my Northland group classes on Monday 7.30pm and Tuesday 6.30 beginner evening classes if you are new to Pilates or are starting back after a break. I have a couple of daytime sessions for one on ones or duos in my studio in Kelburn.

Whether you aren’t quite ready for a group class or would like a more personalised approach I can tailor a session to meet your goals.

To find out more or to book a session please call 0277128434 or email breathe@sueruffellpilates.co.nz

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

This Wednesday, we're having another Neighbourly Q&A session. This time with John Bracewell from Crewcut.

John Bracewell, former Black Caps coach turned Franchisee Development Manager and currently the face of Crewcut’s #Movember campaign, knows a thing or two about keeping the grass looking sharp—whether it’s on a cricket pitch or in your backyard!

As a seasoned Crewcut franchisee, John is excited to answer your lawn and gardening questions. After years of perfecting the greens on the field, he's ready to share tips on how to knock your garden out of the park. Let's just say he’s as passionate about lush lawns as he is about a good game of cricket!

What's your favourite tomato recipe?

Mei Leng Wong Reporter from NZ Gardener & Get Growing

Kia ora neighbours. We know your tomato plants are still growing, but we're looking ahead to the harvest already! If you've got a family recipe for tomatoes, we'd love to see it and maybe publish it in our magazine to share with our readers. Send your recipe to mailbox@nzgardener.co.nz, and if we use it in the mag, you will receive a free copy of our February 2025 issue.
