Over the next few weeks we'll be introducing the amazing wahine who have accepted the challenge of our Trek to Transform trip to Vietnam which will take place in April.

First up - The amazing Dee Paranihi!

As a loved employee of the Graeme Dingle Foundation, Dee couldn’t pass up the amazing opportunity to explore Vietnam and help kids across Aotearoa at the same time. "We can all learn to believe what we have inside is greater than the things that stand in front of us, but we need to teach our kids this, we are not necessarily born thinking that way."

To find out more about Dee and how you can support her in this worthy cause visit dinglefoundation.org.nz...

I had a huge response a couple of months back teaching you how to make your own cheeses. I would like feedback who is interested in coming for a cooking demonstration on cheese making or dessert making so I can get an idea what your preference are. I can teach you how to make amazing desserts and cheeses and incorporate a Nutrimetics Pamper to make an afternoon of fun with no obligation at all. I can cook a wide range of foods from other countries from soups to desserts. I have a passion for cooking from living and travelling overseas I attended cooking lessons to learn how to make authentic food. Thank Shirley

What an amazing night last night, it just keeps getting better and better! 29 of us there and the energy was just incredible.
The number of people coming through on Sunday evenings, and connected in other ways, to the Harmony Circle shows that there is a demand for this type of casual meeting group in the area and the people, the energy, plus what everyone can do or receive from this is more important than numbers alone.
Thank you to everyone from everyone! Next meeting Sunday 7th April 7pm start.
