1080 is due to be Dropped in The Eyre Mountains, a real concern ,as this is the headwaters of our water supply.

Its not just the lack of peer reviewed science as to the long term consequences , or the lack of credible media debate, or the spin, lies and mindset of DOC, or the lack of Worksafe standards, or the blind medical and vet professions that turn their backs on public and animals health, or the silent RSPCA or other animal protection body on the inhuman slow , awful mind numbing painful death, or the grooming of young children through the school system to demonise pests , or the waste of resources (pelts, fur, meat, etc), or the back handers, the Maori land owners take to look the other way, or the pilots, drivers, spreaders, security and police in the supply chain exposing themselves to the dust and deadly frass, or Maggi accusing and demonising “ferals” when the baby milk powder poisoner turned out to be one of their own ( and still no apology to these decent people), or John using Maggi as his puppet mouthpiece or the Finance and Primary Industry minister stitching up farmers levies and taxpayers funds, or OSPRI taking donations with their non profit status, or the PCE saying that 1080 “ WAS SAFE, use more” or the mindedness of the attitude of demonising wild food when rural families are starving and hunters and fisherman are denied access to food, or the garbage CLEAN, GREEN, image projected to Tourists allowing them to be exposed, the “losing a young girls heart” or in other words, lies, silence and dirty deals with Tull Chemicals (suppliers of Chemical Warfare in WW1 and WW2, Agent Orange, Nuclear Waste) and Monsanto or the manipulation of the local Councils consents, using Police for trumped up charges on honest people telling the truth. No, what really disturbs me is the total disrespect of any kind of honesty, integrity, or acknowledgement of responsibly by the professional poisoning multi-million dollar industry whose short term, need for greed mindset, has shut down any discussion, whose willful ignorance combined with corrupt intimidation dumbs down, shames or vilify those who speak out , but for fear of retribution. My heart goes out to all, who have become sick from Toxic Water, those who had had to witness their dogs or animals dying, who are trying to farm next to the drop zone, those Tourists and others who died “too early” from Heart Attacks, those young woman who want to start a family but are already sterile, and on it goes. And not one, credible report on the long-term toxic effects of 1080 over the past 60+ years. My heart is at pains to work out the agenda. My gut tells me that the culture of poisoning mindset is so persuasive it's rotten to the core and has affected the whole population. My spirit is sick with worry, but sees this national, now International protest as a starting point of the turning of the tide. More people are watching “Poisoning of Paradise”, and we look forward to the grassroots groundswell, we can feel it from here. The protest sends a message to join the conversation, acknowledge eyewitness testimony, question the status quo, Do your research, a chance to set your compass on a new course. Put differences aside, get on the same page and together, yes together, we will make a change and end this atrocity!!
