Initial proposal published for representation review
How can we provide fair and effective representation for our communities in Council? That's what our Representation Review is trying to answer, and now we need feedback on our initial proposal.
The proposal document includes a summary of proposed changes, ward-boundary changes, and how many Councillors would be elected from each ward. You can also complete a submission form online.

As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙
One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
