Again this morning our paper was soaking wet and unreadable due to the rain. The plastic cover it totally useless. I phoned the Press but got voice prompts, no human voice to talk to, I was told to push another No for customer service but when I got there I gave up after so many " please hold, your call is important". I am convinced that customer service from Fairfax Media is a total joke. I was told yesterday that Allied Press based in Dunedin is a far better company as it is not a big conglomerate and is owned by a local. YES, that is a true comment, from my own personal experience. I have often said that the bigger the company the poorer the service.
