Make it a NOvember
Halloween has just finished, and there are going to be fireworks next week, followed by the inexorable move into the festive season and Summer holidays.
But are you ready for it?
If you're seeing what I'm seeing, then there's lots of temptation out there
Temptation to eat too much, at BBQs, family gatherings, work and social functions
Temptation to drink too much, at those same events
Temptation to spend too much, paying for all that food and drink, whilst also buying gifts for friends and whanau at Christmas
Temptation to smoke or vape too much, to deal with the stress of all the above
Temptation to get angry with yourself or others because all this is happening
Temptation to get fearful for the future
Temptation to work too many hours, just to pay for it all
...and so on...
Did you know there's a simple, two letter word to describe a process that can help you to deal with all this and more?
The word is "NO"
If you have trouble saying "NO" to food, to drink, to smokes and vapes, to stress, to anger, to fear, or saying no to your boss and working all those extra hours at work, away from the ones you love, then Andrew Hardwick Hypnotherapy can help
