7. Staging
If a property is empty, it is worth staging it. Buyers like to be able to visualise the property as a living space. Additionally, it is possible to stage a property so that it appeals to a target buyer group. As well as staging the interior, it is also worth staging the exterior. This can be done with outdoor furniture and pot plants.

Huge amounts of zip lock bags, and plastics, cans etc. I filled 3 plastic bags of rubbish, which didn't even put a dent in the amount of rubbish down there. I'd encourage anyone who walks the beach or takes there dog there to bring a bag and help collect the rubbish, and recycle what you can!
It's really bad now, in 20 years it will be way worse unless we be proactive about all the plastics. Think of future generations!
