Collectors will take to the streets throughout Auckland, volunteering their time to make a difference for animals in need. * Fireworks, alcohol and drugs are a dangerous combination
* Never let your children light fireworks
* Keep a hose or bucket of water handy
* If one of the fireworks fails to ignite, do not try to re-ignite
* Burns should be put under cold running water for at least 10 minutes
THINK OF OTHERS:
* Fireworks are noisy - consider your neighbours and young children
* Keep your pets inside
* Point fireworks at the stars.......not your mates!!

I had done professional theatre in the USA and religious concerts around the world prior to coming to New Zealand, and thought this might help them out.
