We use hand picked area experts to do our appraisals, they are more accurate than other web based appraisal systems because our experts know the neighborhood.

This intersection is becoming an increasing hazard. Please do not risk injury by trying to cross this road. There is an underground subway for safe access.
It goes from the bottom of the driveway of what was Brown Owl School; to near the Baptist Church on Akatarwa Rd.
Please stay safe.

Remember these simple safety tips to keep you, your family and your Neighbours Safe.
* Read and follow instructions on fireworks
* Read them with a torch..........NOT a lighter
* Light in an open area away from flammable materials
* Fireworks, alcohol and drugs are a dangerous combination
* Never let your children light fireworks
* Keep a hose or bucket of water handy
* If one of the fireworks fails to ignite, do not try to re-ignite
* Burns should be put under cold running water for at least 10 minutes
THINK OF OTHERS:
* Fireworks are noisy - consider your neighbours and young children
* Keep your pets inside
* Point fireworks at the stars.......not your mates!!
We love meeting our Neighbours.....But lets not meet by accident this Guy Fawkes. Have Fun and Stay Safe!!

Entry is FREE, though you're welcome to leave a donation if you'd like to support our new parish youth group. Some people are also giving a donation to dedicate a song to someone in loving memory. I had done professional theatre in the USA and religious concerts around the world prior to coming to New Zealand, and thought this might help them out.
