Save the Date!

Take part in one of the most powerful day to meditate.

When: 30 April 2018
Where: Koraunui Strokes Valley Hub, Lower Hutt.
Contribution: Koha

Wesak is considered to be the most important day which give us opportunity to anchor large amount of energy. This energy can be transformed into happiness, peace, good relationships, financial abundance and much more.

It is celebrated in various parts of the world to commemorate the birth, enlightenment and passing of Lord Buddha. All these events took place on the full moon of Taurus ( Wesak day ). Thus this day has special energies around which help all of us to experience inner peace and happiness.

Let us get together and spend some time meditating and immersing in blissful energies. This program will include:

- Blissful Energies

- Relaxing Meditation

- Simple Exercises

- Energizing Breathing techniques
