Tiny home living section available

John from Heretaunga

I have a bare (flat) piece of land (4-500sqmtres) in Lower Hutt that I'm currently not doing anything with. Has drive on access so possible would suit a tiny home - probably looking for a 1 - 2 year lease. Anyone interested? John

Hi Team,

What else would you like to see the council doing for the community?

The Library and recycling arguments aside that is. I have an issue with cars being parked all over footpaths and berms when we have some of the widest streets in the Wellington Area.

Our services run under the berms and footpaths and these lazy people who park like this are risking damaging them and causing ratepayer high costs to repair them, aside from that i feel it looks ugly.

What do you think?

There is a process that has to be followed and I will keep you up to date as events unfold. I am attaching the summary of stats from the three sources of information: Facebook survey/poll, Neighbourly survey/poll and oral interviews with visitors to the Recycle Depot itself. It is only 2 pages!!!
I think I can safely say this report is already in the hands of significant individuals.
Watch this page for further information updates.
