So I just thought I would share and let you all know their is lots of help out there just ask and they will come and me too....My kaupapa (meaning of life to me) is live life you are only here once make the most of every day tomorrow is never promised to anyone be strong, be brave, go out there and enjoy your day with friends, work colleagues, whanau and even your pets, smile it does not cost us anything to smile.
