We go to bed early but can't cope with ongoing TV and continuous radio noise etc before 6.30am and after around 9pm. Sorry but I have just had to deal with a big drinker and person blasting music and tv 24/7. Can be short term if required. Rent is $280 a week (neg) and includes WIFI. It has a heatpump inc. Power metre is read from the main house and the allocation to this flat is separated. No 'line charge' though for the flat, which makes it a bit cheaper. Available now. Phone Karen: 021574156
