Looking for a 1 Bedroom unit between Porirua and Paraparaumu Region.

We have a friend who is looking for a one bedroom unit/flat between Porirua and Paraparaumu Region.

Needs to have accessibility to rail services as needs to commute between Porirua and Kapiti Coast (Paraparaumu).
