Getting It Right - Current Local Stats on Covid Vac

Michael from Trentham

The Mayor of Upper Hutt I am led to believe couldn't get it right a week or so ago when the UHCC slack-on-vax regulations were announced, so I have in my little hot hands the latest Covid vaccinated/unvaccinated stats (as at 6/12/21).

8000 eligible people in the Hutt Valley are unvaccinated.

The HV has 94% at least partially vaccinated and 89% fully vaccinated and these stats makes us almost the exact replication of NZ ( 94 and 88) as a whole.

The best of Upper Hutt is the Trentham area with 94% fully vaccinated and the worse is the Maoribank area with 83% fully vaccinated. But Maoribank is not the worse performing area in the HV - that stat belongs to Delaney Park area, Stokes Valley at around 76% fully vaccinated.

Just under 300,000 eligible people are unvaccinated in NZ

Poll: As a customer, what do you think about automation?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

The Press investigates the growing reliance on your unpaid labour.

Automation (or the “unpaid shift”) is often described as efficient ... but it tends to benefit employers more than consumers.

We want to know: What do you think about automation?
Are you for, or against?
