The Paved Canvas'. Located in the heart of Upper Hutt, Main Street will be filled with vibrant colours and eye-catching creations as a range of different artworks will be installed throughout the city this Saturday! Experience the artists live at work on launch day, the 28th November, along with a variety of entertainment such as face-painting, fire performances and more for launch day only. The art trail will be installed for three weeks, from 28th November to 19th December, showcasing the local art and makers of Upper Hutt.
