Free meal for Upper Hutt locals
Upper Hutt curry house Bombayhouse on Main Street is inviting members of the Upper Hutt community who are without a home or have been impacted financially by Covid-19, to enjoy a meal on them!
On Sunday from 12 midday until 2pm Bombayhouse, the first 50 customers will get a free feed of butter chicken.

As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙
One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
