'Browns Bins' undertake a green waste bin service in the Hutt Valley - including UH coverage. A large wheelie bin is on loan, and Thursday is UH collection day. It is my understanding there is no cost to use the bin, and the cost per empty is $15. One just rings when the bin is ready to be emptied. It could be a neighbour who donates time to a sports team in your neighbourhood or someone who brings your bins up the driveway every week. Maybe they’re just really unique; the neighbour who drives that bright pink car or skateboards with the kids to school each day.

Tell us why your neighbour is awesome and you could win one of four $250 Prezzy® cards (plus one for your Awesome Neighbour).
