Get gardening workshop coming up
Hello neighbours, we have a range of workshops coming up this month at the Rabbithole / Akatarawa - including 'Get gardening' - go from zero to gardening in 4 hours! This workshop is good for beginners who want to finally get their gardens happening this season - we'll cover all the basics. It's also good for the more experienced: you'll leave having your complete planting and maintenance plan for the year sorted, PLUS your first tray of seedlings started - and all your questions answered. Our amazing Hillary Hikers from Edmund Hillary Village showed their support for Bowel Cancer New Zealand's Move Your Butt campaign this month!
Sporting the bright purple and orange campaign shirts, these wonderful walkers hit the Auckland waterfront and marched from Mission Bay to Kohimarama, raising awareness for bowel cancer and the importance of early detection along the way.
