Greater Wellington regional Council works with volunteers like you to plant up to 25,000 trees a season and we need your help!
Join us at the South end Te Ara O Whareroa trail gate for a morning of tree planting. We will be planting near the big steps to the side of Te Ara o Whareroa trail. Poll: Should the government levy industries that contribute to financial hardship?
As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙
One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
