Looking for 2 bedroom house to downgrade. Few things that I am looking for to cater to my health. Single level with no steps . Low maintenance garden or concrete garden if possible. Cats allow please. Walk in shower or just shower but not shower over the bath. Single garage would be a possible. Quiet neighbourhood. Wild weather in the Waikato
