Introduction to Art Therapy Workshops
Join our new arts therapy group for some creativity and relaxation. Work beside an arts therapist, in an art studio setting to develop skills to express yourself creatively and to gain a greater understanding of yourself. You will work with clay, paint, 3D and 2D media and collage. Perfect for the person who would like some ME time.
Where: Arts for Health Community Trust, 2 Seddon Road, Frankton .
When: Wednesday mornings 9:30-12 noon for 4 weeks.
