3️⃣ Move and unwind! 🚶♀️ Sedentary jobs and screen time can disrupt sleep. Take a stroll, indulge in a post-dinner bath, read a book, or enjoy tech-free chats in dim lighting. Create a cozy ambiance to wind down.
