I was looking at an Urban Exploration site ( where members explore abandoned buildings, homes and towns) and what did I see?! Our own Tauranga CBD listed under NZ abandoned cities, with a suitably atmospheric picture of our empty main street! I am not sure if this was meant to be a joke, or if the Urban Explorers really thought our city was a ghost town! 🏚️👻

“Without fail, when I give a talk about getting organised, I’m always asked how to deal with photos,” says Peter.

Step Into Style! 🌟 Whether it's a grand entrance or a cosy nook, your front entry deserves a touch of charm! Let's give it the attention it craves.

Elevate your entry table with dried flowers or a delightful plant – a year-round treat for any guest.
Mirrors aren't just for selfies – they add style and create the illusion of space, making your entry more inviting.

First impressions matter! Buyers notice the flooring, so let's make it gleam. Add a trendy rug for protection and a splash of personality.

Open the door to a spacious, fresh entry closet! Extra hangers and a subtle air freshener create a warm welcome for potential buyers. Keep it tidy by stashing away off-season clothes.

We have tried various repair tapes, also some that can be used under water. But nothing works for us. Can you recommend a business or specialist or handy man who can help us with this? So far we cannot find any professional to do the job. If you ever had a leak in your pool (BESTWAY or similar), have you been able to get it repaired? How? Our next step is emptying and drying it, and trying again. Thanks for any recommendation! Elly (027-371 8720)
