How much value will a granny flat add to my property?
Adding a granny flat should increase your home’s value, although that increase in value will depend on real estate market conditions, construction materials, floorpan, privacy, location etc.
If you’re thinking about building a Granny flat on your section then you need to consult with a builder who will be able to advise you of the local council building code as it relates to the Granny flat.
