Shower glass restoration/cleaning.

Doug from ClearShield Surface Restore & Protect BOP Ltd

FYI yesterday I took 7 hours to refurbish 2 showers at Papamoa where glass clarity was lost due to water staining.
The Owner was very concerned about the state of the shower and had tried 2 DIY products only to virtually wreck her wrist, yes, wreck her wrist, swelling is still present after 10 months!

This DIY product is currently being marketed on TV and even their internet site shows a very misleading youtube clip. The clip shows the host manually rubbing off severely water stained glass, this is not possible, it would take me at least 2 to 3 hours to machine buff it off and then follow 7 other process steps to bring the glass back to new and then ClearShield protect it.

This DIY product could only be used on new showers and would have to be done every month to remove water staining. It does not seal the pores of the glass and it does not protect the glass from future corrosion/lost clarity, if any-think, it may damage/etch the glass.

The only way to protect your glass is to request ClearShield glass protection, a global leader for 38 years, so tried and proven.

Poll: If we want to reduce speeding, what do you think actually changes driver behaviour? πŸ›»πŸš¨πŸš“

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

In the Post's article on speeding penalties, the question is asked whether speeding fines are truly about road safety, or are they just a way to boost revenue for the Crown?

What do you think? Should speeding motorists receive speeding fines or demerit points?
