Find a home that suits your vibe all year round !

Matt from Matt Wineera - Thats Real Estate with Matt Wineera

Here's a guide to make sure your future home is a cosy haven that suits your vibe all year round?

Soak Up the Sun:
When checking out potential homes, play detective with the sun and wind! Consider the property's orientation to catch those natural rays. Sunlight and airflow can totally transform your space, making it a warm cocoon in winter and a breezy escape in summer. Bonus: Say hello to lower energy bills!

Windows and Doors Magic:
Windows and doors are like the MVPs of a house! Look for high-level windows that snag that winter sun and cool breezes in summer. Opt for smaller, shaded windows facing south, east, and west for that perfect cross-ventilation dance. Open planning and narrow structures are like secret weapons to keep your place cool when the sun's playing hard to get. And don't forget those outdoor havens with shade or ceiling fans – summer hangouts just got an upgrade!

Location Check:
It's not just about the house; it's about where it stands! Apartments and units come with their own vibe, and strata building locations might play a role in balcony shade options. Not a fan of sweltering summers? Do a little detective work on the suburb's climate – you might want to steer clear of the humid hotspots!

Remember, you might not inspect every season, but you can definitely prep for year-round happiness!

Your dream home awaits – go find it!
